Settlement between Mirza Mahmud and Aqa Muhammad Riza, 1895
Settlement between Mirza Mahmud, the son of Aqa Muhammad Sadiq, and Aqa Muhammad Riza, the son of Mirza Muhammad, regarding a garden of trees for fifty tumans. A note on the margin reads: "the wife of Aqa Muhammad Riza (daughter of Habib Allah) and the wife of Aqa Mirza Mahmud (daughter of Aqa Muhammad Husayn) confirmed this and signed it." Another note on the margin reads: "when Aqa Muhammad Riza was alive, he stated that this garden belongs to his wife as part of her mahr, dated November 7, 1895." A note on the verso reads: "the settlement of Aqa Mirza Mahmud's land"

Aqa Muhammad Akbar's settlements, 1863
Aqa Muhammad Akbar, the son of Aqa ʻAli, settled part of a property, known as Jahangir Khan's building, with Zinat al-Nisaʼ Khanum for 100 dinars. Muhammad Baqir (Aqa Muhammad Akbar's son), Sakinah Khanum (Aqa Muhammad Akbar's wife, and Aqa Jaʻfar's daughter), and Mirza Ahmad (son of Aqa Muhammad Akbar) confirmed this settlement. Aqa Muhammad Akbar also settled part of the same building with Aqa Muhammad Sadiq for 12 tumans, and Mirza Ahmad confirmed and signed this. Divorce settlement between Nush Afarin Khanum and Aqa Hasan Shari‘atmadar, 1881
Divorce settlement between Nush Afarin Khanum (daughter of the late Sadiq Khan) with her husband Aqa Hasan Shari‘atmadar (the local religious notable); the setllement covers Nushafarin Khanum's mahr and alimony and her other rights. All of the clothes and other belongings, worth 75 tumans, were received and and repossessed. Because of the mutually agreed divorce, her husband gave Mirza Asad Allah power of attorney to execute the divorce based on the divorce contract. Two sale settlements
One document transfers half of Khushab village from Muhammad Salih, son of Muhammad Mahdi, to his wife, Fatimah Khanum, daughter of Muhammad ʻAli Khan (governor of Saqqiz) in April 1875; the other document indicates that Fatimah Khanum is selling the same property to ʻAbd al-Razzaq, son of Ahmad Shaykh al-Islam, and Sayyid ʻUbayd Allah, son of Rahmat Allah, on December 21,1875.

Settlement of ‘Abd al-Muttalib's wife regarding her mahr, 1890
The late ‘Abd al-Muttalib owed his wife her mahr, which was 17 tumans. She willingly spent 7 tumans from this for charity and prayer on his behalf and the rest, in addition to her share of inheritance, was settled in exchange for two tumans.

Malik Nisa‘, the wife of Mulla Ahmad, settled her claim regarding her mahr and share of inheritance with the other inheritors (children of Mulla Ahmad), Fatimah Khanum, Mulla ‘Abd al-‘Ali, Karbalayi ‘Ali, and Mulla ‘Abd al-Karim, in exchange for receiving two tumans.

Dividing properties, 1873
Dividing the properties in Mirhamam of Kurk, between Sulayman Khan Sarhang [the colonel] and Bibi Hayat, daughter of Mirza ‘Abd al-Latif Shaykh al-Islam. Part of these property had been sold to Sulayman Khan by Haj Mirza Ibrahim, Haj Sayyid Yusuf, and Aqa Sayyid Ja‘far, and parts of it was transferred from Sulayman Khan to Bibi Hayat as her mahr.

Malik Nisa‘ bestowing her share of inheritance, 1882
Malik Nisa‘ Khanum, the daughter of Ja‘far and the wife of the late Karbalayi ‘Ali, transfers her share of inheritance and mahr to Karbalayi ‘Ali's sons, Hasanquli, Husaynquli, and Ahmad, in exchange for 19 tumans and five thousand tumans.

Settlement of properties inherited from Zaynab Bibi, 1858
After the death of Zaynab Bibi (the daughter of ʻAbd al-Rasul and wife of Aqa Mirza known as Aqa ʻAbd al-Saniʻ), all of her belongings and properties were transferred to her husband because she had no children with him. He owned them for a while, after which he settled his ownership rights to these properties to Sayyid Muhammad, the son of Sayyid Jaʻfar, for 12 tumans. February 28, 1858.

Settlements of Mahmud Abad farm, 1871
Three settlements regarding Mahmud Abad farm, located in Narmashir: first, the daughter of Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin Kalantar [sheriff] transfers the ownership of her share of the farm, which was part of her mahr, to her husband, Aqa Muhammad Qasim, son of Aqa Lutf‘ali, for one hundred dinars and some wheat. Then, Aqa Muhammad Qasim sells the property to Aqa Mirza ‘Abd al-‘Ali, son of Mirza Muhammad ‘Ali for six hundred tumans. He, in turn, sells it to Muhammad Khan Sartip [brigadier] for six hundred tumans and a detriment fee of one hundred dinars and some wheat.
